This policy applies to orders for reusable drinkware, including water bottles, travel mugs, and tumblers, shipped to an eligible address.
Processing and delivery
We normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. These windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or address issues may extend them. Any free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout and is not promised outside that display.
Address and tracking
Please provide a complete delivery address, email, and telephone number. We send tracking updates when available. Contact us promptly with the order number and checkout email if tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, a delivery scan cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged. For damage, include photographs of the product and packaging.
Restrictions and assistance
Some destinations, carriers, or products may have delivery restrictions. We may request additional details before shipment. When asking about an order, provide the order number, checkout email, shipping address, and tracking number if issued.
